We just can stay away from Birch Bay. The sand is so soft and inviting, and the water is shallow and warm. The girls loved making drip castles, and digging for clams. They also enjoyed covering their legs up in the sand. And one little baby just couldn't get enough of being swung in the water, and stomping her toes in the squishy sand. We were there for hours...and the girls didn't want to leave.
