At the end of November, the girls and I made some ornaments. They are pretty fragile because I used a white clay recipe, but they turned out pretty darn cute! I hope to make crafting new ornaments a yearly tradition, it was really fun to make, and the girls were so proud to see them hanging on the tree. Our tree is now adorned with ones we made with love.

We also made our way to visit Santa, and get our photos done. This year were able to do one of just the girls, and a family one. When Santa asked the girls what they wanted, Layla said, "Barbie," and Adelyn (eyeing what Santa had in his hands) said, "candy canes." Just to be sure, Santa asked Adelyn again after he handed over the candy canes, and she said, "candy canes." Afterwards, the girls enjoyed some DQ ice cream cones.
This year Iris hosted their annual breakfast with Santa event again. The girls got to decorate gingerbread, sing Christmas carols, and meet Santa again.
